Today the Clock of Seasons points to “Autumn Gold and the Harvest Time” which has now officially begun.  Humpty Dumpty is barely sitting on the “Wall”… It is a time now that Humpty Dumpty begins “his” great fall… for the truth is the “he is in she”, the “male is in female”, the man is in woman, and the “her is in teacher”. Contemplate and Consider in order to fully understand. There was a poem written by Autumn Gold back seasons ago… It was a poem that was meant to show…all the children… a Dream of the Mother for her Child… But, the children don’t dream yet…most still  scream and go wild.   Summer has come quickly to a close…this is my final “Adieu to You”…   I have to hurry…I have to run…run back and wait for the Summer Sun… The Gnomes in the “Better Gnomes and Garden Hoop House” are packing their bags now to go back through the doorway on the tree stump to a safer, quieter place deep in Mother’s Inner Earth. The garden is winding down, the chilly nights are turning the leaves on the trees to gold, and as of today, my Summer Blue time on the clock is now past.  Everyone here tried to do their best in my season to spread the “joy” of the “childlike heart”… to play in the play…to do their part. But, no one is listening yet to the “Mother’s call”… It’s time now for Humpty Dumpty to take “his” great fall… Today Autumn Gold’s Harvest has come and the work will be done.  One of our last Summer Greetings…  before Autumn Gold arrives … We don’t have many more days of Summer Blue left, but our final group of Garden Gnomes arrived to take their place in The Better Gnomes and Gardens to spend the last days of summer with us. Remember that I told you in a previous story that another group of Gnomes would be arriving soon at  The Better Gnomes and Gardens Bunkhouse.   In case you don’t know what a “bunkhouse” is, it is a building offering basic sleeping accommodations for workers, visitors, or campers. They have arrived and taken their places to visit, work and camp out! They all say together… “There’s No Place Like Gnome” Let’s take a tour to meet and greet our new arrivals both in this story and in a video so you can actually see them and get to know them better. Upon entering The Better Gnomes and Gardens Bunkhouse, the first Gnome you will meet is William with his bird Tweety. Greetings from Summer Blue’s Gardens of Fun in the Sun… and Good Morning Glory… Today I have several “shares”…Lots of growth here this year… Lots of Expanding…Lots of Building…We are very blessed. First…  Here are our Morning Glory’s blooming. A Butterfly on purple flowers Children’s Garden Day Lilies  Secondly… By now, you may have heard about Mary our new resident lamb and her very best friend, Susie Q.   Mary travels in a wheel chair cart since her back legs have been damaged.   We have a Campaign going on for anyone that would like to donate for Mary’s special needs.  Here is a link where you can read more about the campaign at Go Fund Me: https://www.gofundme.com/2e9emjg Mary and Susie Q go on adventures to see our gardens. Mary is a little lamb…her fleece is white as snow…and everywhere that Mary goes her “cart” is sure to go.     Here is our beloved Mary…a little lamb with a great big heart and an even bigger problem…her back legs aren’t working correctly. Mary was born in Oklahoma…she is a lamb from the sheep tribe called “Kathadin”. Mary is special and she knows now “how special she is”.  She has “special needs” just like humans who are handicapped.  Mary cannot use her back right leg which has led to her other back leg being affected. Autumn Gold and I drove to Childress, Texas to pick Mary up and bring her to our Sanctuary. Mistie, her first mom, brought Mary to Childress from Oklahoma in order for us to bring her back to Colorado and try to remedy her situation with her back legs. Mary’s good back leg became weaker and weaker with all the weight she used to move around each day. We put her companion Kahdatin lamb, Susie Q, with her in a special pen in the back yard of our Sanctuary.  We would let them out each day to go and roam around the back yard eating on grass, weeds, … Continue reading →
